Hey there! I’m Joey—a designer, art director, and photographer working to create enjoyable and engaging experiences.
I never thought I looked good in hats, but I’ve worn a lot of them working with large corporations such as Progressive Insurance and KeyBank, as well as with small independent businesses. With experiences in marketing as an art director, as a print and digital designer, photographer, and user experience and interface designer, I’ve learned a lot from each area and have been able to take those insights and apply them to my work.
When I’m not creating for my 9-5, I’m usually creating for myself. This passion has led me to start my own photography business, Joey K. Photography, and FruitCockTales, a collection of LGBTQ+ based dating stories paired with a signature drink.
Driven by the challenge to always improve experiences and make things with a lasting impact, I’m always looking to add that spark of joy to everything I create.
